Color Samples

I found a great way to be able to showcase the stain colors I use in my shop.

Most of the items I create in my shop are for myself or my family, though I also make quite a few gifts and sell locally. While most clients know what color family they want, I occasionally run into situations where someone needs a visual to help them choose a color scheme. I’ve always used a simple 1×4 board with color swatches on it. However, after the success of my recent literary line of creations, I decided to start using the books themselves as my color samples.

At some point I plan on giving the samples a coat of Polyurethane to show the deep finish the final product will have.
